With the use of contracts, we can guarantee that both parties are heard and happy about the food at your special event. With the below guidelines we can tailor the exact menu and execution that your event deserves and be able to negotiate any requests that you may have.

The Main Dish will be decided as we discuss the needs and preferences of your event audience.
The Main Dish is served with your choice of TDG Gourmet Focaccia or Pane Caresau.
Choose between Mille Fouille or Tiramisu.
These dishes will exhibit the use of classical French techniques, high end plating, and banquet style execution.
We will sit down and discuss the curation of an entire menu.
Your choice of TDG Gourmet Focaccia or Pane Caresau provided for the table.
Dessert Menu is negotiable.
This option is identical to the Rustic Experience except YOU will supply all the groceries necessary for the Salad course, Main Dish, and Desserts. However, I will still provide the breads and pasta.
A grocery list will be provided one week before the event and you will have these ingredients waiting for me at the time of preparation for your event.
